Our Story

German Window Cleaning is a family-owned business based in Ventura. Uli Stuwe, the owner, grew up in Germany where he worked as an electrician. He served 8 years in the military and has lived in California since 2000. He and his family have lived in Ventura since 2015, recognizing that this is a great place to raise his daughter and start his business – German Window Cleaning. In his free time, you will find him long-distance trail running or mountain biking.

The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What processes have you made to keep your clients safe during the pandemic?
    We are taking additional precautions before, during, and after each of our appointments, and we are regularly reviewing our company wide health and safety protocols to follow the latest recommendations from professional health organizations. We understand that homeowners and families want to stay safe - we do, too - so we encourage any customers with additional questions or concerns to give us a call.
  • What if I change my mind on the level of service I want on the day of service?
    We are flexible and it is no problem if you decide to change the level of service on the day of service
  • What happens if it is raining on the day of service?
    In certain instances, we can clean the windows when it is raining. The process of removing the dirt from your windows is still effective even in the rain. However, it may be necessary to reschedule for safety reasons, or for your preference.
  • Do I need to be present on the day of service?
    No you don’t.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept check, cash and all major credit cards.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    If someone needs to cancel we generally would like at least 24 hours notice.
  • Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
    We guarantee our work and will go back and fix whatever you are not satisfied with.
